Super Bill lulls evil into a false sense of security by playing Estaban songs and humming. When evil starts to drift he kicks in the wah wah pedal and fires off a blistering version of 'rocket man' which breaks evils ear drums and causes him to waste time at his HMO when he could be out corrupting society.
When not battling evil Super Bill assumes his alter ego - Bill. A mild mannered acoustic musician who plays the 2am lunch crowd at the Daughters of meth charity do it yourself help center lunch counter.
